Please note that the agent does not speak English, so I cannot confirm if The Sky offers a better view of the fireworks compared to The Sea. However, The Hill building has no view, so securing a room in The Sea is essential if you want to enjoy the sea views and fireworks show. My apartment featured two balconies and offered a stunning view of the fireworks and the sea each night, all for just $44 per night.

Room Type: Executive Suite Ocean View With Balcony Room
Luxury is hard to come by in Phu Quoc due to limited supply. I originally booked this hotel for 10 nights at $90 per night—which feels quite high for Southeast Asia, but it reflects the supply-and-demand situation here. Fortunately, three days before arrival, I checked the rates again and saw the same sea-view suite had dropped to $74 per night, so I rebooked at the lower price.
The location is excellent, and the room itself is brand new and very nice—definitely a highlight of the stay. However, the service falls short. There was no assistance with luggage, the lobby has no air conditioning, and the internet is unreliable. The hot water system is also problematic—only the bathtub gets extremely hot water, and you have to switch between bath and shower to avoid getting scalded.
Overall, while I really enjoyed the room, the hotel needs to address these service and facility issues.
